• Agree a programme of works, so you know when we are starting and finishing, what happens in the event of bad weather, and when you can expect to see us on site.
   
• Tell you what we need from you and when, such as access to the premises when you are away.
   
• Use only the best and most appropriate products for the task and not cut corners on preparation, the key to perfect decoration.
   
• Protect your furnishings, and clean up fully once the job is complete.

Why do we make a promise?

As these photographs below show, if we didn't, you would not be a happy customer!

This building was painted only two years previously by another decorator, but the preparation was not done correctly and the wrong products were used.

The picture on the right shows the "Perfect" job with the right specification and preparation - it will now stand the test of time.

That is why we always quote the optimum specification for the job.  If durability is not as issue then we will tailor our quote to your needs and budget - and you will have all of the information available to make your choices.
