The estate managers for this property were seeking a long term solution to redecoration - increasing the time span between exterior redecoration by at least two years, compared to standard coatings. The property also needed repair work to exterior timbers, treatment of wet rot, and alternative varnishes which would not peel.

Perfect Painting advised the client on a paint system which could deliver and also specified coatings which were highly resistant to UV – the cause of the peeling. The timbers were repaired with specialist two part wood fillers. The paint we used incorporated a patented styrene acrylic reinforced resin which offered longer periods between maintenance.
