Fibrous plaster ceilings need very special treatment, especially if they suffer water damage. The challenge also is to carefully replicate the damaged mouldings. Paneled walls too need special care and not conventional approaches.

Perfect Painting took latex mouldings from sound areas of the ceiling and recreated a finish to match the original. With paneled walls we spray paint them with the appropriate finish. For this project we also sanded the oak flooring, wood stained it and waxed to a finish.
